By accessing or using EvoWrench, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

EvoWrench is an all-in-one automotive diagnostic tool for repair shops and DIYers. The platform provides:

• OBD-II diagnostic trouble code lookup and definitions
• VIN and license plate decoding
• NHTSA safety recall and Technical Service Bulletin lookups
• Vehicle maintenance scheduling and interval tracking
• Automotive reference tools including fluid capacities, bulb specifications, tire sizes, wiring diagrams, torque specifications, and parts lookup
• Service history logging and receipt scanning
• Vehicle management for personal and fleet use

Important: EvoWrench is a diagnostic and reference tool only. It does not perform physical repairs, provide emergency roadside assistance, or connect you with mechanics.

To use EvoWrench's tools and save data, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Misuse the diagnostic tools in a way that could cause harm or injury

EvoWrench offers a free DIY tier and paid subscription plans for shops and fleets. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and processed through our payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact support@evowrench.com for a full refund. After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

EvoWrench provides diagnostic and reference information for educational and professional use. While we strive for accuracy, the information provided — including code definitions, repair guidance, fluid specifications, and recall data — may not be complete or applicable to every situation.

Always consult your vehicle's official service manual and follow manufacturer specifications. EvoWrench is not responsible for:

• Outcomes of repairs performed based on information from the platform
• Vehicle damage resulting from incorrect diagnosis or repair
• Incomplete or outdated recall or TSB data

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVOWRENCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

All content on EvoWrench, including text, graphics, logos, software, and tool interfaces, is the property of EvoWrench Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
